Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall Customers Reviews
Fabulous!
I always wanted to see Paul in person it was a great experience. The musicians and music was incredible. When the show started, eventually I heard Paul's voice but could not see him anywhere on the stage. Then, I looked down my aisle and there he was in the audience, singing and walking toward my wife and I until he was right in front of us as he tapped and shook hands. He was very personable and liked getting close to the audience. Probably spent a quarter to one third of his show in the audience wandering around, shaking hands, dancing with some ladies and talking to everyone while singing. Did many hits of songs he wrote for himself and others. Lots of energy and kept things moving. Still has a great voice and hard to believe an 81 year old guy (will be 82 in July). I would see him again if he comes back to my area. My wife thoroughly enjoyed him and she can be hard to please sometimes.
